Program Manager with solid Automotive Manufacturing skills required at an International company. Supports production facility-related for production and engineering development activities. Minimum Qualifications and Skills Needed:

• B. Eng. or B.Tech. in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic or Electronic Engineering
• Minimum 10 years working experience
• Automotive/ Vehicle design and project management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and coordinating the execution of their team’s tasks to ensure the timeliness and quality of the required deliverables.
• Interacting with clients to determine and understand their requirements and ensure they are met.
• Developing budgets and operating plans for programs and writing program funding proposals
• Lead, control and support the overall product development activities across functions form conceptualization during production and customer support
• Mentoring, motivating and efficiently utilizing assigned team members to achieve project goals.
• Reporting to Senior Management and customers regarding project schedule, budget performance, Risk, and Issue mitigation planning, etc.
• Execute development programs from start to production flawlessly
• Execute development programs within budget and on time
  Support engineering talent development
