Description:
Manufacturing Company with an international footprint is looking to employ an experienced HR Business Partner. Handling of the full Recruitment function will be one of your major responsibilities, together with Business Partnering, Industrial Relations, and general support to the overall HR function and strategy.
Requirements:
Degree in HR Management or Industrial relations
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR capacity
3 Years’ Industrial Relations Experience
First hand experience in Recruitment and all relevant processes and legislation
Sound knowledge on LRA, BCEA, EE, SDA, BBBEE, OHSA & MEIBC
Own transport and valid driver’s license
