We are currently searching for a well-seasoned Senior Lab Analyst to join an esteemed FMCG company based in Gauteng.
Requirements:
Our successful candidate will have a minimum National Diploma in Food Technology or equivalent qualification. You should also have at least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory position as Technical Signatory within a lab as well as working knowledge of ISO17025.
In this role you will be responsible for collecting and preparing samples and performing analysis on raw, intermediate and final products. You will take charge of investigating and reporting on any non-conformances found. Excellent communication skills are key as you will be liaising with operational teams as well as relevant authorities and suppliers.
Bring your strong problem solving skills to the table! You will be expected to implement and maintain lab systems, verify and validate methods and results and ensure that all lab documentation and communication stays up to date.
