Bookkeeper

My client, a well-established has a vacancy for a Bookkeeper with a minimum of 2 years’ related experience to join their dynamic team at their Stellenbosch offices. Requirements:

• Matric
• Bookkeeping qualification advantageous
• Bookkeeping experience ( 1 – 2 years)
• Strong administrative background
• Deadline driven
• Team player
• Good communication skills ( written and verbal)
• Computer literate

Duties:

• Performing bookkeeping duties such as recording, posting and processing of day to day financial transactions and to perform related reconciliations
• Assisting in preparing invoices, credit notes and deal with suppliers/clients
• Capturing of cashbooks
• Assisting with month end closing procedures
• General administration tasks relating to the business entity

Only candidates currently residing in the Western Cape will be considered
