  • Matric Certificate
  • Code 8 license
  • 3 years of experience within a similar role: Demonstrated experience in administrative or office support roles.
  • Health and Safety background (SHEQ).
  • Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
  • Advanced MS Office experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Data capturing and reporting experience: Experience in accurately entering and maintaining data, as well as generating reports.
  • Ability to manage incoming calls, screen and direct them appropriately.

Requirements:
