Description:
We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as an Instore Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls from potential customers, answering their inquiries, and providing them with the necessary information to make a purchase decision. The Inbound Sales Representative will also actively up-sell and cross-sell products and services to maximize sales opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide information about products and services to potential customers, including pricing, features, and benefits.
2. Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell additional products or services.
3. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
5. Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve customer experience and achieve sales objectives.
10. Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns, sales trends, and suggestions for improving sales processes.
