Description:
Primary purpose of the job:
- Reporting to the Automstion Group Leader, this postition required the service of an individual to ensure optimal press (hydraulic and mechanical) repair and maintenance as per company requirements.
Key Performance Areas:
- Supervise team members
- Effective shop floor planning
- Spare parts control
- Continuous development of artisansa and assistant on all plant equipment.
Knowledge required:
- Full ability to understand all hydraulic/pneumatic & mechanical drawings pertaining specifically to plant machinery.
- Control/pressure relief/safety hydraulic valve expence
- Quality specifications are systems
- Rigging
- Basic engineering repair knowledge
- Computer literate
- Hydraulic/mechanical seal knowledge of application
- Torquing of bolts and nut
- Presenting and writing reports
- Discipline and grievance procedures
