Description:
· Assist the Financial Manager in sourcing packaging from pre-approved manufacturing sites globally
· Evaluate and compare proposals and select the best option
· Ensure that the best possible value is obtained by optimizing production and logistics efficiencies
· Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure that all relevant documentation is accurate and complete
· Monitor factory performance and ensure that all deliveries are made on time
· Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise with suppliers, vendors, or clients
· Maintain technical master files on the ERP system
· Create Product Specifications, master COC and DOC documents
· Consult with Sales regarding client forecasts and updating the forecasting model
Requirements:
· Suitable formal qualification will be an advantage
· A minimum of 5 years in the flexible packaging industry
· Ideally from estimating, production planning or procurement background
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Detail-oriented, highly accurate, organized working methods
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
· Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
