• Must speak, read and write Korean

Key Performance Areas:

• Excellent listening skills
• Excellent writing skills (spelling and grammar)
• Ability to accurately translate a verbal conversation into writing
• Ability to deal with irate customers
• Good time Management
• Attend to Phone Calls and Emails
• Log client requests
• Handle queries

Organogram:

• Must be customer focussed and service driven
• Must be friendly
• Positive and motivated attitude (go getter)
• Helpdesk Operator Experience
• Knowledge and understanding of SLA
• High degree of computer literacy (MS Word, Power Point, Excel)

Salary:

• R20 000 - R25 000 CTC

Job location:

• Homebased/ Remote (within SA)
