Description:
The successful applicant will report to the Board of Directors and be responsible for the management and development of the Human Resources component of the Group.
This entails the following:
Training, development, and community development
Labour legislation and disciplinary procedures
Evaluation of performance
Budget
Management reports
Recruitment and evaluation
Statutory requirements and Audits
Oversight and Management of Wages
Personnel records
Health and Safety
The preferred candidate should have a Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources and have at least 3 years experience in this field.
