Our security company is seeking an energetic individual with sober habits to provide effective and efficient support to the HR team as a Recruitment Officer.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct the full recruitment and selection process (start to finish).
- Compiling of staff files for approved candidates
- Set-up and arrange interviews with candidates
- Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels and portals
- Manage the recruitment turnaround time and ensure hiring deadlines
- Ensure internal pre-employment procedure and checks
- Ensure that recruitment is conducted in line with the company policies, procedures and legislative requirements
- Advertise and create vacancies to attract candidates on various online channels
- Prepare a quality shortlist of candidates
- Updating and maintaining candidates C.V on internal server according to positions advertised
- Ensure that all required background / reference checks are completed
- Handle all advertisement response (screen calls, manage the career inbox, arrange and conduct interviews).
- Update on daily basis the HR recruitment tracker and provide a recruitment report to the relevant Head of Department.

- Neat, presentable and extremely well organised
- Must be well disciplined and have a passion for people
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excersize high levels of integrity and ethical standards and be able to ensure the utmost confidentiality
- Good Communication Skills (written & oral)
- Computer and Internet proficient / MS Office Suite
- Matric
- Own transport essential
- Strong Administration Skills
- Be able to meet deadlines and targets
- The ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- This is a non-smoking position.
