- Advance Excel
- Sage Evolution
- VIP Payroll
- Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Responsible for feasibility studies for new campuses and offerings and drafting feasibility motivations
- Reviews and advises on campus profitability.
- Reviews and proposes fee structure in line with the company's strategy.
- Undertake Due Diligence as required for new brand acquisitions.
- Budget Management
- Compile the annual budgets and update this as required.
- Monitor and track performance against budget and liase with Deans and budget managers in this regard.
- Manage variances in actual vs. budget expenditure in all areas of accountability.
- Manage the collections team when it comes to revenue collection and outstanding payments.
- Manage Capex, in line with budgets and profitability ensuring accurate completion and proper authorisation.
- Implement an appropriate financial reporting and cash flow management plan to support the achievement of company’s strategy.
- Collate and analyse financial performance information.
- Ensure reports are produced accurately and disseminated timeously monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Manages BEEE reporting.
