Description:
Skilled and experienced Carpenter/Joiner required to oversee and carry out general residential repairs and maintenance throughout greater Eden region.
You will oversee and manage your own team and it would be an advantage if you possess any of the following skills:
Skimming, plastering and replacing ceilings
Reparations after vandalism/break-ins (doors, windows, security gates)
Storm / water damage repairs to BICs, etc.
General residential building repairs
Must have own reliable bakkie/van
Must be capable of negotiating prices for building materials and components and/or getting best possible discounts
