KPA's
● Updating and maintaining SHEQ IMS (Integrated Management System)
● Manage Document revisions
● Conduct SHEQ Inductions and Training
● Risk Management
● Conduct Quality, HACCP and OHS Audits - Internal
● Conduct External Audits ( Supplier Audits)
● Handles Third Party Audits and Customer visits (Audits)
● Liaise with Sales department regarding quality issues and deliveries
● Visit Customer Sites
● Manage Quality Team
● Collect and analyze SHEQ inspection reports
● Coordinating Monthly SHEQ Meetings
● Coordinating Annual SHEQ Review meeting
● Implementing and managing principles and standards based on FCCS, ISO 22000, ISO 45001, HACCP
● Customer, Internal Complaints investigations, Root cause analysis, 8D Reports
● Facilitate Risk assessments and implementation of improvements
● Involved in Training
● Analyze Corrective Action reports graphically
● Analyzing and Maintaining SPC results
● Coordinate UN certification of Products
Requirements:
- Quality Control: 5 to 6 years
- Iso: 5 to 6 years
- Packaging Industry: 3 to 4 years
Matric
3 year National Diploma/Degree in Quality related field
HACCP / ISO 22000 / ISO9000 / FCCS
5 years Quaity Control experience in a food / / fmcg / packaging industry
