Deli/Kitchen Manager
To report to Store Manager
Managing staff,production,waste,GP's,costings,create new menu's and new inavations. Conduct weekly stock take in the departments.Must have atleast 4 years experience as a manager in retail.
Excellent communication skills, undertake any other duties as required.
Be able to work flexi retail hours, weekends and public holiday's
Own transport essential

Scheduling - ensure that team are reporting for duty as scheduled
Have ability to combat shrinkage
Discipline - ensure that problems and queries are sorted out consistently
Stock management by utilizing all relevant reports within the system
Maintain costings and GP's
