Apply Directly for this Job by clicking here - https://bit.ly/3LkgmiK Minimum Requirements Qualifications And Skills Matric; Grade 12; Relevant 3 Year Accounting/Finance Qualification,3 Years experience in a manufacturing environment, post-graduationCost controlling environmentFixed Term Contract 6 Months to start 1 February 2024Reporting To Financial Manager: OperationsResilient, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure Month end reportingPrepare, review and analyse monthly results for operations and cost centre ownersSupport the Financial Controller and Financial Operations Manager in facilitating and performing month end procedures and reporting of the business units results.Prepare various reports and submit to Regional and local decision makersComplete relevant reporting to external parties Internal controlThe incumbent will be involved in the control of asset, inventory and general ledger accountsReview and recommend improvements to current financial reporting processes and control environment as required by the business unitsMaintaining and improve internal controls regarding business processes as required by FCEnsure sufficient controls regarding changes to master dataDocumentation of Standard Operating ProceduresThe incumbent will also be involved in the updating and recommending of financial policies/best practice Business AnalysisInsightful analysis of business performance, enabling effective decision makingAd hoc reviews and analysis of cost informationContinuously contribute to improve the operational interaction between all functions in the businessFormulate and communicate areas for improvements to stakeholdersChange facilitator Inventory controlCoordinate and review inventory counts information and interpret resultsValidate sign off and escalate and material inventory lossesEnsure sound control environment related to Inventory Fixed AssetsPerform the Asset Management function of the Company General ledgerGeneral Ledger and Sub-Ledger reconciliations and Clearance Annual Budget ProcessSupport the FC and FMO in the annual budget process and processing budget inputs across allfunctionsSupport the various stakeholders in preparation and presentation of their budget informationIdentify opportunities to improve financial performance throughout the budget process CashbookPerform the Cash Management function of the CompanyAny other Ad Hoc duties required by management from time to time Find Us on Social Media
