This role demands a BIM software modeling technician with a deep understanding of their discipline, suitable for both junior professionals and technicians. Primarily centered on research and development, the role emphasizes the holistic integration of BIM across Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and the Built Environment.

Education:

• Draughting qualification

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• 1 - 3 years' experience
• Revit MEP/AutoCAD/ Autodesk 360
• 2+ year’s production experience in design, drafting or engineering
• In-depth working knowledge of current BIM versions with emphasis on project setup, multi-discipline coordination and collaboration
• Ensure construction documents accuracy based on discipline BIM modelling
