Are you a driven Financial Accountant with a knack for numbers and a passion for e-commerce? One of South Africa's leading retailers is seeking a highly talented Financial Accountant to join their dynamic and vibrant team. The Financial Accountant will be responsible for the logistics costs and variances, ensuring internal controls are maintained, reviewed, and improved where possible and engaging with stakeholders.Duties:
- Responsible for costs of logistics
- Investigate distribution variances
- Prepare and review monthly balance sheet recons
- Engage with stakeholders
- Supports the co-ordination and preparation of logistics budgets
- Recommendation and Implementation of financial processes
Education and experience:
- BCom Accounting
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role
- Logistics/ supply chain experience is essential
