- Windows Server: 5 to 6 years
- Fortinet: 4 to 5 years
- Sharepoint Server: 5 to 6 years
- Activesync: 4 to 5 years
- Android Support: 4 to 5 years
- Endpoint Security: 3 to 4 years
- Ios Support: 4 to 5 years
**What We're Looking For:**
- **Expertise in Server Administration:** Proficiency with Windows Server (2022, 2019, 2016) and Linux (SLES) is crucial.
- **Endpoint Support Savvy:** Windows 10+, Android/iOS know-how required.
- **Messaging & Collaboration:** Experience with Exchange 2013, ActiveSync, Skype for Business, Office 365 (Hybrid/On-Prem), and SharePoint.
- **Backup Administration:** Familiarity with Veeam, CommVault, and Avpoint.
- **Virtualization & Storage Technologies:** Expertise in Nutanix, VMware vSphere, Citrix XenApp 7.5, and IBM Storewize.
- **Comprehensive Threat Management:** Proficient with Trend Anti-Virus, Forticlient, Symantec Message Labs.
