As a member of the internal audit team, you will have to comply with the requirements of the Internal audit charter, the code of ethics, and perform work which is consistent with Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing. Duties: Conducting regular internal audits of the branch's financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness independently and in a teamVerifying the branch's cash and inventory balances, as well as performing checks on sales transactions and expenses.Ensuring that the branch is complying with relevant laws and regulations.Identifying any potential fraud or theft and taking appropriate action to prevent it.Recommending improvements to the branch's financial and operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.Providing feedback to the branch management team on areas of improvement and potential risks.Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12)BCom Internal audit/ BTech Internal audit or similar qualificationStudying towards CIA beneficialExperience:2-3 years Internal audit experienceStrong internal audit retail background is a MUST!Stock Count experience is NB!Valid drivers licence and own vehicle (Eligible for a company vehicle and fuel card after 3 months)Strong report writing skillsMust be willing and able to travel extensivelySAP will be beneficialSkills & Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skillsDiligent and able to pay great attention to detailDeadline drivenExcellent analytical skillsSound independent judgementHigh level of integrityIf you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
