Construction General Foreman (Site based) Cape Town, Western Cape R30 000 R40 000 Per Month Negotiable on Qualification and Years of relevant experienceOur client, an established and highly reputable Commercial Construction firm is currently in search of a hands-on, self-motivated and skilled Foreman to join their dynamic team of professionals.Responsibilities:Accurate setting out (possibly surveying background)Accurate setting out (possibly surveying background)Sub-contractor management and planning worksQuality controlAssist with health and safety controlsSite logistic controlManage wages staffQualification and experience required:National Diploma in Building or related tertiary qualification/ relevant trade certificates10-15 years General Foreman experience gained within the commercial construction industryProven experience with medium to large scale projects i.e. R20 R100 Million+ is highly preferredSurveying background is advantageous!
