We are searching for a Employee Benefits Administrator and Billing Specialist to join our team in Midrand.The candidate will be responsible for processing various types of employee benefits claims i.e. withdrawal, retirement, death, disability and unclaimed benefits according to agreed processes inclusive of daily, weekly and or monthly reports inclusive but not limited and monthly billing and disability reconciliations.Minimum 5 years’ experience in Employee Benefits and related benefitsPreferred Qualification:Financial industry and FAIS (NQF Level 5 and RE)Computer literacy – Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, ExcelFinancial industry and FAIS (NQF Level 5 and RE)Computer literacy – Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, ExcelKey Responsibilities:Daily management of various claim types and adherence to agreed turnaround timelines.Review claim submissions and quality assess documentation received for completeness and accuracy, inclusive of determination of eligibility and level of coverage.Attend to allocated workflow management system cases, ensuring that all requirements and any outstanding documentation is received, and quality assured before submission to Providers.Ensure accurate and professional feedback is provided to the different stakeholdersEnsure that all calls and emails are handled promptly and professionally.Keep updated and informed of CSO Employee Benefits and Intermediaries product range, documentation, policies and procedures.Data management/interpretationMaintain SLA of members and clientsKeep updated and informed of CSO EmployeeBenefits’ client portfolios; product range, policies and special rules.Perform any other work-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time-totime by management.Previous experience with claims for Group Risk policies with a strong understanding in the policy requirements and claim process, will be considered as an advantage.Work environment:Open plan, office based.
