HEAD OF PROJECTS SANDTON APRIL 2024For Interior Design Company – Corporate Projects
Preferably Candidates from the Construction and Interior Design Industry, who are familiar with corporate fit outs and construction.
Senior Level, Permanent Position, to commence asap
SALARY (CTC): R 50,000 - R65,000 Gross P/M
ALLOWANCES: Medical Aid contribution: Available
Fuel contribution (monthly): R 3000.00
Phone contribution (monthly): R 1000.00
SKILL SET/EXPERIENCE:
Be able to read drawings, create GANTT charts, check-off B.O.Q’s
COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS : MS Projects/similar.
Ideal: OHSACT experience/certification, Risk Assessment, first-aid.
MS Office – general use. WeShare
QUALIFICATIONS: Matric + Project Management diploma
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE : 5 Years in commercial construction Project Management.
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Driver’s license and own vehicle necessary to access sites and fulfill the role.
Preferred Age: 30-40 years. Young, dynamic office!
REQUIREMENTS:
• Self-assertive/pro-active/leadership qualities.
• Be able to work well under pressure.
• Oversee & manage daily: team of 6+ Project Managers + 2 site supervisors + 1
H+S officer.
• Lead the Projects division, manage the controls therein
• Manage clients, contractors, suppliers
• Quality, timelines, site control/efficiencies/cleanliness

- Construction: 5 to 6 years
- Design Management: 5 to 6 years
