Description:
Receptionist Admin Assistant required.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Includes all administrative duties (answering telephone, booking appointments, filing, typing of letters, data capturing etc.) that would exist in a medical practice.
Skills / Requirements:
1. Matric
2. Fully Bilingual in Afrikaans & English (read, write and speak)
3. Computer literate
4. Proficient in MS Excel, Word & Outlook
5. Excellent listening skills
6. Attention to detail
7. Be organized and able to take direction under authority
8. Willingness to learn
9. Punctual
10. Valid Driver's License
11. Own reliable Transport
12. Based in the Northern Suburbs.
Previous experience at a medical practice would be advantages, but not a prerequisite. Training would be provided.
