Description:
Portfolio Manager – Permanent - Bloubergstrand, Cape Town - R 24k p/month
Working hours: Monday – Friday 08h30 – 17h00 / One weekend shift on a rotation basis will be required
What you will do:
· Manage a portfolio of Properties in a specific area.
· Develop and grow a relationship on behalf of the Client with the owners of the actual properties.
· Ensure Property Host maintain key performance standards at all time.
· Onsite meetings with Property Host at the properties.
· Training and implementation of SOPs with Property Hosts Manager.
· Daily support and communication with Property Host & Property Owner
· Arrange, coordinate and oversee home maintenance when required.
· Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with fellow regional team members and upper management team.
· Scrutinise Owner statements for approval before statements are sent to owners
· Traveling between worksites is frequent and this person will need their own reliable transportation.
What you will need to have:
· Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware - laptops, tablets and mobile devices.
· Availability to work one weekend per month.
· Professional in all forms of communications such as email, phone calls, video calls and texts.
· Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment.
· Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions.
· Highly responsive and reliable.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
· Own reliable car
