Head Chef - Route 62, WCOur client is currently on a recruitment drive for a Head Chef to join their establishment. Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the annual plans for the kitchen and stewarding operationsassisting with developing and proposing the supporting budgets, maintaining CAPEX / OPEX requirementsWorking closely with senior management team to ensure the kitchen and stewarding operations are aligned and support the wider objectives of the organizationExperienced in overseeing and directing multiple teamsExperienced in selecting, motivating and guiding, culinary management and operations team membersExperienced in preparing annual plans including budgets and monitoring financial performanceCompetent in developing and ensuring policies, processes and standards are implemented and applied across the kitchen and stewarding functionsAbility to analyse and improve kitchen and stewarding operational effectiveness and efficienciesAbility to monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, security and other legal requirements across kitchen and stewarding operationsDay to day management of multi-outletsQualifications:Formal qualification in Culinary artsFormal qualification in ManagementFully computer literate - MS Office SuiteFluent in English - written and verbal8 years minimum experience culinary leadership roleDemonstrated extensive previous experience in luxury hotel, cruise or private residence environment Abilities :
