Our client, in the FMCG industry, requires the services of an experienced Retail Operations Manager for several food stores in the region.
Key performance areas:
- Control and monitor the quality of all activities and produce in the butcheries
- Drive and manage all promotional activities and report on all sales activities of and complete administrative duties
- Manage all stock in the region
- Monitor the hygienic and safety processes
- Perform people management functions for the Region
- Report on all sales activities of and complete administrative duties for the Region
Requirements:

- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3- 5 years’ experience in the meat industry
- Must have retail experience
- Knowledge of meat cuts / products would be advantageous
- Must have knowledge of IR and FMCG principles
- Must have knowledge of merchandising standards and principles
- Must have knowledge of butchery hygiene and safety standards
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
The successful candidate must have:
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3- 5 years’ experience in the meat industry
- Must have retail experience
