Description:

· Reception and telephone duties

· Oversee the day to day running of the office.

· General administration.

· Invoicing

· Attend to Purchase orders received from clients.

· Arrange transport.

· Maintain Company Website.

Requirements:

· Matric

· Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English

· Excellent telephone manner.

· Good computer skills including MS Office suite and other online applications.

· Systematic and thorough approach to tasks.

· Attention to detail.

· Vibrant, capable of multi-tasking and being organised.

· Knowledge of Sage
