Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Structural Engineer specializing in bridges and culverts.
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis, design, and detailing principles.
• Expertise in the use of structural engineering software.
• Experience in designing various types of bridges and culverts, including reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, steel, and composite structures.
• Familiarity with relevant design codes and standards.
• Ability to conduct site inspections, structural assessments, and feasibility studies for bridge and culvert projects.
• Proficiency in preparing detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to propose innovative and cost-effective solutions.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Professional Engineer (PrEng) registration or eligibility for registration preferred.
