Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PrEng) registration.
• Proven experience working as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience in overseeing construction activities, including site preparation, foundation works, structural installations, and finishing works.
• Knowledge of relevant construction codes, standards, and regulations.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to schedule tasks, allocate resources, and manage budgets effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and manage subcontractors and site personnel.
