Financial Accountant

Description:

Accountant needed! Our client is currently seeking a Accountant to join their finance team on a permanent basis near Bryanston.

Duties:

• Effective management of the Accountants team
• Identification and reporting of Key Risk areas to management and solutions thereof
• Identify possible risks in the department
• Preparation of new fees, including fee increases for clients
• Reviewing the monthly calculations performed by the Accountants
• Ensuring the accruals are accurate and processed within the month
• Take Responsibility for the reports produced by the Accountants
• Assist Auditors as and when they require information to complete the audit

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Matric/Grade 12 (Certificate required)
• Bachelor of Commerce degree or Post Grad qualification
• 5 years experience in a management role
• 2 years experience in a management role
• IFRS knowledge
