Flowz is looking for a Shopify Store Manager to take the current company store to it’s next generation. We see this as a pivotal role in turning the current store into a hub for ordering, product display and marketing. We are a leading supplier to the hospitality industry providing a variety of customized paper and plastic products such as key cards, key holders, notepads, pens, business cards and signage.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of Shopify to manage the store’s backend, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize performance.
Problem Solver: Tackle challenges head-on, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions.
Independence and Teamwork: Work independently when needed, but also collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
Perfectionist: Maintain high standards for product listings, visuals, and user experience.
High Work Volume: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
Application Support: Assist customers with technical inquiries related to our products and services.
REQUIREMENTS:
● High School Diploma.
● 3-10 years of application support (Shopify – mandatory, Airtable, Zapier – later 2 preferred)
● Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
● Desire to make every customer a highly satisfied customer.
● Ability to understand the process drivers of our product offering, vendors and manual efforts.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Location of person is not important.
● Basic print industry and hospitality background desired, but not required.
● Proficient with Gmail/Google Drive, Box, Slack, and ability and willingness to learn the noted company platforms.
● Personable with ambition, grit and rapport building
● English language skills
