In this role, you will be responsible for leading our actuarial team in the development and implementation of short-term capital and reserving strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of short-term capital and reserving strategies to support business goals
• Analyze and interpret actuarial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of capital and reserving strategies with overall business objectives
• Manage and mentor a team of actuaries to ensure high performance and professional development

Requirements:

• Fellowship in the Society of Actuaries or equivalent qualification, or Nearly Qualified as a Fellow
• 5+ years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry, with a focus on short-term capital and reserving
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Experience in managing a team of actuaries
