We are actively seeking an experienced and skilled BIM Coordinator to join our team
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of our Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems. Additionally, you will ensure seamless document control processes across all our development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
BIM Management
Strategic Oversight: Lead the development and implementation of organization-wide BIM strategies and standards.
BIM Execution Plans (BEPs): Create and maintain BIM execution plans tailored to specific development projects.
Collaboration: Work closely with design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective integration of BIM processes into project workflows.
Coordination Meetings: Conduct regular BIM coordination meetings, fostering collaboration and optimizing BIM utilization.
Technical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve BIM-related technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and software updates within the BIM space.
Document Control
Centralized System: Establish and maintain a centralized document control system for all project-related documentation.
Naming Conventions: Implement efficient document naming conventions, version control procedures, and distribution workflows.
Accessibility and Organization: Ensure accurate filing, organization, and easy accessibility of documentation for authorized project participants.
Review and Approval Process: Manage the review, approval, and revision process for documents, drawings, specifications, and submittals.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on document control activities and metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in BIM authoring software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Archicad).
Solid understanding of document control principles and best practices.
