We are looking for presentable Receptionist in the Pretoria East area for a company within the construction industry. Requirements:- Grade 12
- 2+ years reception experience
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans. (Read, Speak and Understand)
- Friendly and well-mannered with proficient telephone and email etiquette.
- Efficient skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel + Word)
- Printing, Copying, Scanning, Sorting and Filing – Attention to detail important.
- Requesting of quotations and invoices.
- Basic Accounting understanding – for quotation and invoice comparisons, petty cash recons + completing of requisitions (GL allocations, VAT and Discount treatment).
- Trustworthy, honest, and punctual.
- Booking of venues, flights, and accommodation.
- Purchase of monthly head office supplies and record keeping thereof.
- Ad hoc Head Office tasks and administration as and when required.
