We are looking for a Payroll Administrator for a company based in the Construction industry. Requirements:- Grade 12
- ± 4-5 years payroll administration experience
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans. (Read, Speak and Understand)
- Friendly and well-mannered with proficient telephone and email etiquette.
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel + Word)
- Attention to detail, deadline driven and cope under pressure.
- Trustworthy, honest, and punctual.
- Buildsmart Payroll experience advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Record keeping of staff loans and leave reconciliations.
- Loading of employee payments on FNB Banking (Staff Loans, Pay and Staff Reimbursements).
- Full monthly Payroll processing function (Timesheets, Overtime, Salaries, Bonuses etc.)
- Administration of Employee Offers and Employment Contracts for new appointments.
- Administration of Dismissals, Resignations, Retirements and/or Retrenchments.
- Accurate record keeping of all employee contracts and statutory documents.
- Issuing of warning letters if required
- Completing of STATSA Report as and when required
- Full monthly processing of BCCEI levies and Wellness Champions data.
- Monitoring of Learnership Performances
- Sending of IRP5’s to all employees
- Finalise EMP201’s and EMP501 reports and sending to relevant parties for approval and submission to SARS.
- Completing of UI19’s
- Administration of all Employment Equity, Skills Development, and other HR related BEE requirements.
- Assistance with all Payroll related Audit and Due Diligence enquiries.
- Scenario Planning and submission for December
- Preparation for Site Labour Inspections
- Management of Microsoft Account
- Setting up of emails and Microsoft Accounts to New Employees
- Resolving of Dropbox enquiries
- Attending to Internet queries
- Adhoc inhouse duties and assistance as and when required.
