The Software Development Team Lead will be part of an agile development team, building and working on enterprise grade software systems on top of the Microsoft .NET Core development stack as well as maintaining, enhancing, and supporting our eCommerce platform, integrations, and LAMP Servers
Requirements:
· You seek to facilitate the proper design and implementation of software.
· Collaborate with team members to determine best practices and client requirements for software.
· Knowledge of coding languages, systems, patterns, and methodologies: - C# - MS SQL; T-SQL - Web API 2 / Core & Rest web services - .NET Core - ASP.Net - WinForms; UWP - Entity Framework 6+ - Entity Framework Core - LINQ - SSRS - MVC - MSSQL Server - HTML 5 - PHP - WordPress - WooCommerce (Dokan a plus) - MySQL - JavaScript - Git - JIRA - Agile development methodologies.
· Excellent problem-solving skills. Resourceful and troubleshooting aptitude.
· Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.
· Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.
· Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment.
· Excellent technical skills, tenacity.
