Bookkeeper / Office Administrator Milnerton Cape Town Our Office Automation client in Milnerton Cape Town is looking for a Bookkeeper / Office Administrator All-rounder with 3-4 years plus experience. You need experience in Bookkeeping (Processing & Invoicing on QuickBooks), Debtors, creditors, Quotes, Pricing, Stock, supplier contracts, and other admin record-keeping duties. Can also be a Financial Administrator. Salary Negotiable to experience Min Requirements Matric A bookkeeping Certificate an extra bonus 3- 4 years of Financial Administrator / Bookkeeping, and general office admin experience Experience in general office administration and co-ordinating Experience in assisting with a small payroll of 20 staff (most permanent) QuickBooks and Excel experience essential SARS efling experience with returns and some submissions EMP’s, PAYE, and VAT VAT calculation and submission experience Experience with imports is an added bonus Basic PA related experience an added bonus Job Duties Bookkeeping / Processing of Invoices – QuickBooks Financial & Office Administration Capturing invoices(customers and suppliers) Full Debtors and Creditors control Bank reconciliations & Petty Cash & Daily Liaise with suppliers and customers Assist with General Office Admin like filing, recordkeeping Assist with Supplier Onboarding paperwork and authorisations Loading of Supplier invoices for payment release Assist with Inventory / Stock Control Assist with Sales reports and Administration Assist with ordering stock local and international Assist with product imports Update / Recordkeeping of Safety files during projects (health & Safety) Assist with adhoc office duties Apply online Frogg Recruitment
