Introduction:The main purpose of the job is to assist the Finance & Operations Support / Operation Manager in the performance of his/her duties through supporting the business with the day to day administrative and clerical duties of running a business.

- Manage the division’s fleet of vehicles accurately and efficiently
- Manage adhering to the division’s health and safety requirements
- Operational Support: Provide general operational support to the division’s branches
- Finance related tasks and administration:
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies.
- Maintaining financial, employee, and customer records
- Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
- Reporting
- Perform Ad-hoc administration tasks as assigned accurately
- To uphold and promote the company values and culture
1.Grade 12
2.BCompt Degree (with articles preferable)
3.Kerridge knowledge
4.4 years’ experience in a similar role
