Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve our business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Create high-quality content for various channels, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, social media advertising, and including experience with Facebook Pixel implementation and optimization .
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other marketing tools to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Leverage marketing automation platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce to streamline workflows, nurture leads, and manage customer relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, including advancements in Facebook Pixel functionalities.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and design, to ensure a cohesive brand experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a digital marketing role, with demonstrable success in at least one of the following areas: paid advertising, content marketing, or social media marketing.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) principles.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce (a plus).
  • Experience with Facebook Pixel implementation and optimization (required).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
