Description:
The role primarily involves managing customer data and calling customers from time to time.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Resolve customer queries by:
- Determining the root of the query
- Identifying customer needs
- Identifying the best possible solution
- Expediting correction or adjustment process
- Following up to ensuring query was resolved
- Accurate capturing of client data and updates
- Updating customer details
- Deal with escalations and effectively handle calls
- Able to work under pressure in an environment that is constantly changing
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Able to deal with complex queries
