Description:

The role primarily involves managing customer data and calling customers from time to time.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Resolve customer queries by:
    • Determining the root of the query
    • Identifying customer needs
    • Identifying the best possible solution
    • Expediting correction or adjustment process
    • Following up to ensuring query was resolved
    • Accurate capturing of client data and updates
  • Updating customer details
  • Deal with escalations and effectively handle calls
  • Able to work under pressure in an environment that is constantly changing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Able to deal with complex queries

Requirements:

  • Ability to solve complex queries
  • Good computer skill
  • 1 Year BPO experience - preferred
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
