Description:
Inspection of raw materials, chemicals and food samples and raise non conformance with timely and accurate record keeping. Conduct daily hygiene and sanitation audit of the receiving, dispatch, production and storage areas and take necessary actions to address noncompliance and training need
Responsible for leading and coordinating all activities of the Quality assurance/control
Food regulations in meat processing plant,
Provide technical guidance and support to production departments for continuous improvement of product processes and services for further processing of meat.
Production includes fresh, frozen and value added products.
Requirements:
- Supervisory Skills: 4 to 5 years
- Food Safety: 3 to 4 years
- Hygiene Coordination: 3 to 4 years
Related qualification or equivalent related experience;
2-5years experience in quality within a food manufacturing environment;
FSSC auditing experience, be computer literate and strong verbal and written communication skills.
PC literte with MS Office and audits
Own Transport to work
