R.A.W. Projects is looking for a Boilermaker to join their team. Duties and Responsibilities:Take and read measurementsAlways follow specifications and instructions for maximum efficiencyProficient in Mig, Tig and Arc WeldingPlan layouts and procedures for fabricationDetermine the appropriate welding equipment or machinery to be usedSet up components for weldingMaintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safetyConduct site meetings to review project milestones, assess work quality, identify any deviations from the plan and to make sure that the construction activities align with specifications and design intentAble to manage, guide and lead team to ensure quality, accuracy, and on-time completion in compliance with plans and specifications Requirements:Trade Qualification, relevant training and/or certifications in BoilermakingProven work experience as a boilermaker or similar rolePrevious experience in structural steel fabrication and construction industryKnowledge of construction methods and technologiesBe able to read, interpret and fabricate from workshop drawingsStrong leadership skills, project coordination, and time management Attributes:Technically minded.Attention to detail.Ability to follow instructions.Excellent communication skills.Able to work on their own and under pressure.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
