Description:
We are looking for a Floor Manager who is proficient in all aspects of running a restaurant, from FOH to BOH. Previous kitchen and admin experience will be to your advantage.We require candidates to work day and night shifts, as well as weekends and public holidays (6 shifts per week)
Qualifications, experience, skills and knowledge required:
2-3 years in a similar role. Strong leadership ability High attention to detail and process driven Fit and energetic, able to stand for long hoursResponsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Floor Shifts, running FOH, opening & closing, orders, cash ups etc. Kitchen shifts; running the pass, management & training of kitchen staff General HR administration, filing, entering, managing petty cash etc. Any other duties that may be assigned to you by senior managementPlease email admin@bananajamcafe.co.za the following:
