Description:
The successful candidate will report to the Regional Support Services Coordinator with an indirect reporting line to the Provincial Support Services Manager and Provincial Director.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring effective and efficient functioning of the membership system and general administration in the region.
Prospective applicants must meet the following requirements:
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent
- Experience in an administrative role in an office environment, with a specific focus on data
capturing - Computer literacy essential
- Excellent organisational abilities and process driven
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
- An ability to work effectively and energetically around a demanding work schedule
- Ability to produce accurate, high-quality work in line with specific standards
- Systematic, comprehensive, and displaying excellent attention to detail
- Outcomes-orientated, not simply task-orientated
