To provide a professional and friendly service to the client, adhering to the Company’s and Client’s policies and procedures. Building a client and employee relationships to achieve the Company’s and Clients goals and vision.

Key Performance Areas

· Strong controls with regards to payroll and invoicing

· Above average knowledge of Industrial relations

· Strength in training and skills development of staff in all departments

· To ensure that the Pple Head Office runs smoothly.

· Knowledge of Industrial relations

· Strength in training and skills development of staff.

· Payroll checking and submission

· Excellent client relations

· An exceptional eye to detail

· Knowledge of Human resource management

· Handle complaints in a quick, efficient and professional manner.

· Dealing with all client queries efficiently

· Ensure that a good image is projected by all employees. This being efficiency, courtesy, helpfulness, appearance and cleanliness.

· Ensure that the required level of discipline is being maintained at all times by all employees.

· Ensure that client queries and complaints are being dealt with in an efficient, prompt and courteous manner, thus achieving client satisfaction.

· Provide efficient, prompt and friendly service to the client and guests of client at all times.

· Ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained at all times.

Requirements:

  • Must stay in and around Balito or willing to relocate

Qualifications Required

· Matric

· Diploma or Degree in the Hospitality industry

Skills and Experience Required

· Leadership Skills

· Management Skills

· Communications Skills (Verbal and Written)

· Computer Literacy

· Administrative Skills

· Telephonic Skills

· Previous experience in Hospitality Industry

· Should have operational experience to 5 star standards

· Attention to detail in customer service

· Understanding of financial aspects of business

  • Must stay in and around Balito or willing to relocate
