Description:
CONSULTANT/ INSPECTER
In this position you will be responsible for onsite inspections and creating a word document report with written descriptions and photos of houses/properties that are for sale to determine the structural integrity and functionality of components, this includes giving advice on maintenance and repairs needed.
Responsibilities
· Interface with clients to discover concerns regarding the property.
· Transport to site and onsite inspections.
· Creating word document reports.
· Insurance.
· Workspace and internet
Qualifications
· Strong analytical, communication and quantitative skills
· Strong presentation and communication skills
· Experience in the construction industry regards construction of domestic housing, maintenance and repairs.
· Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel/word.
· Good physical health and condition.
