Duties:Optimize and improve the efficiency of the finance audit team and quality of deliverablesCoordinate and assist with the preparation of Audit Committee deliverablesProvide technical assistance with investigations, special audits, and provide subject-matter expertise as neededDeliver the complete finance audit plan (retail and distribution) in line with the methodology with quality reporting, practical, cost effective, innovative and sustainable recommendations and root cause analysis in a timely mannerEnsure methodical documentation of risk and control matrices, testing results, conclusionsand recommendationsEnsure follow up on findings and corrective actionsJob Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications:MatricBCom AccountingCTACA(SA)IT Risk and audit certification (e.g., CISA) (Desirable).Risk Management certification (Desirable)Experience:Big 4 experience in external and/or internal audit is requiredMinimum of 8 - 10 years of success in a professional audit capacity, 5 of which within internal assuranceExperience across a broad range of audit areas including operational and financial assuranceRetail experience (Desirable)Skills & Competencies:Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Awareness of internal assurance best practice.Ability to plan and organize with high attention to detailIf you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
