My name is Rodney Gelant from Oudtshoorn. I am looking for Front of House open Position from Waiter or Front of House Manager in Cape Town, or Sea Point or Waterfront or Campsbay Area. I use to live in Cape Town, Sea Point in 2013-2016 before relocating back to Oudtshoorn. Started my Own Catering Business as well as Restaurant in Oudtshoorn 2016-2017. Currently Im only doing Catering in and around Oudtshoorn for more than 10years but my time has come to relocate back to Cape Town in search of a Permanent Income at Fine Dine Restaurant or Hotel. Ive been on 2x Cooking National Competitions called KOOKPUNT and Kokkedoor Vuur en Vlam as part of finalist. Im Motivated, Focused, fast Learner, work ell under pressure and handle all conflict situations. My goal is to become permanent and also further my studies to add to my 15years experience in the Hospitality Industry and grow within your Company.
I am goal driven to succeed in any Restaurant business to help it grow to the extend of huge profits sales through excellent friendly upselling service to clients. Relocating immediately from Oudtshoorn is my first priority at this stage as i do have residence in Cape Town where I can reside.
